A couple of my stories feature a brother and sister that are committed to shenanigans and late bedtimes. They have real names, but their dad calls them Noodle and Goofball for some reason.

I love drawing these expressive kids and writing the dynamic between them and their dad. My own kids adore comic-strip style characters, and read Peanuts, The Far Side, and Calvin & Hobbes alongside their picture books, so I wanted to bring some of that love of inky comic character design into my picture books.
